The Free tier is forever-free up to 10 assigned people and 5 documents. If you outgrow it, upgrade then, no trial countdown.How does the Business price work?
Business is $4 per user per month, flat, no range, no haggling. The Talk-to-us button is only so we can switch on SSO and SCIM against your identity provider; the price is the price.Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly billing, cancel from the dashboard, no clawbacks. Annual plans are pro-rated on cancellation.Do you charge for inactive users?
No. We bill on assigned seats: anyone targeted by at least one live document, directly or through a group. Someone with nothing on their reading list is never billed, and neither is anyone you have removed from the workspace.Do you offer a non-profit / education discount?
